Hesai Technology Data Loop Annotation & Training System
Managed the iterative development of the data loop system and a 20+ member annotation team. Optimized data parsing, pre-annotation, and scene analysis pipelines, achieving a weekly output of over 10,000 point-cloud frames while significantly reducing labor costs.
Hesai Technology Ground Truth Perception & Calibration Platform
Managed the internal Ground Truth System platform, serving global OEMs like Mercedes-Benz and JLR. Overseeing perception & calibration POC projects for new pre-research LiDARs, driving project nominations and full-stack algorithm deployment.
Large-Scale V2X LiDAR Perception Project in Chongqing
As Algorithm Lead, spearheaded a hundred-million-yuan V2X LiDAR perception project, overseeing the end-to-end layout for 130 intersections and 300 LiDARs, and efficiently completed algorithm system development, integration, and deployment within 3 months.
Mercedes-Benz FMCW LiDAR Perception POC Project
Led the FMCW LiDAR perception POC project with Mercedes-Benz, reviewed by the VP of Autonomous Driving in Germany. Spearheaded data parsing, generic obstacle detection, and target velocity estimation, and explored optimizing SLAM algorithms using velocity constraints.
Zhihu Content Creator & Autonomous Driving Columnist
Manage the Zhihu tech column 'Autonomous Driving', authoring series on AV technologies and sensors. Partnered with top automotive brands like VW and Volvo to write deep-dive tech articles, achieving 50k+ views per article.
TuSimple HD Mapping Algorithm R&D
Independently led mapping algorithm R&D with comprehensive knowledge of the HD mapping pipeline. Spearheaded point cloud map validation, lane-level construction detection, sensor calibration, and multi-sensor fusion mapping, deeply involved in autonomous driving system development.
TuSimple Autonomous Driving Localization R&D
Developed high-precision point cloud localization algorithms based on NDT and intensity maps to solve failure cases in extreme scenarios. Designed and built the internal Localization Benchmark dataset to drive algorithm evaluation and multi-sensor time synchronization.
Toyota Campus Autonomous Freight Project
Led the lab autonomous freight project in collaboration with Toyota, responsible for system integration and localization modules.
